Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy Payment Confirmation: Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your spot in the selected course. Non-Refundable: All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is made and payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. Cancellation Policy No Cancellations: Due to the non-refundable nature of our courses, cancellations are not permitted. Please ensure you are committed to attending the course on the scheduled date and time before booking. Rescheduling Policy Advance Notice: If you are unable to attend your scheduled course, you may request to reschedule by providing at least 48 hours' notice prior to the course start time. Rescheduling requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated based on availability. Rescheduling Fee: A rescheduling fee of $25 will apply to each rescheduling request made within the acceptable notice period. No Rescheduling for Late Notice: Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the course start time will not be accommodated, and the original payment will be forfeited. Waitlist Policy Joining the Waitlist: If a course is fully booked, you may choose to join the waitlist. No payment is required to join the waitlist. Notification of Availability: Should a spot become available, individuals on the waitlist will be notified via email or phone on a first-come, first-served basis. Booking from Waitlist: Upon notification, you will have 24 hours to confirm your booking and make the full payment. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the spot being offered to the next person on the waitlist. General Terms Course Attendance: Please arrive on time for your scheduled course. Late arrivals may not be admitted, and payments will not be refunded or transferred. Contact Information: Ensure that your contact details are accurate at the time of booking to receive all communications regarding your course.
